We are your community space. We are currently hosting a yoga class, Meditation for All, a Home Herbalism class, a wreath making workshop and more. What else can we do?
We are so excited to announce TWO grant awards from the Vermont Humanities Council! One is in partnership with the NH Humanities and the Smithsonian Institute. The Second is for free programming to support our One Foot Forward Campaign. Thank you, VT Humanities!
The Barnet Library has started a resilience initiative to support our community. We have a seed library and have marked books with resilience themes and programming. Come find out what it's about!
The Barnet Public Library promotes reading, literacy and community engagement in a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in Barnet and beyond. We pride ourselves in our selection of current and relevant material. We strongly believe in free and public information resources for all.
We are always looking for new fresh ways to serve our community. We love ideas for programming, speakers and activities that would make Barnet an even better place to live. Let us know how else we can help. We are strongly committed to ACTIVE COMMUNITY FACILITATION. We strive to make Barnet a home and vital community, not just a collection of houses. Let us know if you have events or conversations you would like to see here in Barnet.
Who can be a member? Anyone! We just need your name, address and phone or email.
We are here for you! Sure, we have books; bestsellers and old favorites, but we are so much more. We have movies, audiobooks, free wifi, printers, copiers, a fax machine, cozy corners, toys, puzzles, meeting space and answers to many of your questions. Tell us what else you would like to see here.
