Tax Forms

The Library will have tax forms available starting in late January to mid-February. We will have hard copies of forms as well as computers for patrons to complete forms online if they wish. We also have wifi available 24 hours a day.

Or by calling 802-828-2515. If leaving a message be sure to included your mailing address, form numbers
and quantities needed.

Forms can be printed at the library free of charge but not the booklets.

For free tax help Vermont 2-1-1 can direct citizens making less then 52,000 to a local
IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site.SEVCA and Granite United Way provide free tax return preparationFree tax preparation will be offered one day a week by appointment at sites in White River Junction and Windsor.

The volunteers can help with special credits, such as the Earned Income Tax Credit. In addition to free tax return assistance, VITA sites offer free electronic filing of federal and state income tax returns. Individuals taking advantage of the e-file program receive their refunds in half the time compared to returns filed on paper — even faster, when tax refunds are deposited directly into a bank account.
